The Non-Linear Movement Method, developed by Michaela Boehm, played a key role for me in developing awareness of and connection to my body, as well as an expanded sense of pleasure.

This gentle method of moving your body to release stress and regulate the nervous system is typically done on hands and knees, but you can also practice seated or lying down.

The one hour class will take place on Zoom with eyes closed (cameras are off for privacy).
